FRANCESCMONTOSA+ARCHITECTS

The design seeks to create comfortable and efficient working space for a company with more than 100 employees in a floor plan of 997 sqm.

Special priority is given to reduce the amount of private space, optimize the common services and reduce  the circulations area.

The layout follows a ring scheme, distributing the main working spaces along the facade with a highly permeable inner core that concentrates the reception, meeting room and library.

All the spaces are divided by glass partitions, incorporating translucent glass when higher privacy is required. This transparency connects visually the totality of the space and allows for an optimal distribution of daylight.

The spatial quality is achieved by means of a rich combination of reflections and different shades in a continuous variation depending on the sunlight path.

The different teams and functions are identified by a system of colours used at specific elements such glass doors, furniture and lighting fuxtures.
